Homemade Granola Bars

Ingredients - Serving 15

- 1/2 cup of almond butter
- 1/2 cup of honey or agave
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of mixed seeds
- 1/2 cup of raw cacoa nibs
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds

Instructions

1. Preparation
- Melt nut butter, coconut oil & honey in a pan on medium heat
- Do not boil or carmelise
- Remove from heat, quickly add dry ingredient, mix well.
2. Final Stage
- Spread mix in shallow, non-stick 8x8 pan
- Refridgerate for at least 3 hours
- Remove from pan & cut into small sizes to make 15 bars
- Keep for up to 2 weeks
