Choc Almond Protein Amaze-Balls
Ingredients
- 330 g raw whole almonds or walnuts
- 60g Protein Powder (Your Choice)
- 16 fresh dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon natural vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- coconut, cocoa powder, nuts for rolling

- 16 fresh dates, pitted

Instructions
1. Blend Ingredients- Throw almonds into the food processor with cinnamon, protein powder & cocoa powder
- Process until the mix looks crumbly
2. Add Ingredients
- Add dates & Vanilla extract
- Process again until the mix starts to come together
3. Form balls
- Add a splash of water so mixture is soft and forms a soft ball
- Form into 14 decent sized balls
4. Final stage
- Roll in coconut or any other coatings
- Store in the fridge until you feel like a snack
5. Store in fridge for up to 4 weeks
