Oat'so Good Protein Pudding
Ingredients
- 40g raw porridge oats
- 40g whey protein (Any flavour)
- 15g honey or agave
- 15g almond/peanut butter
- Mixed seeds/nuts (If desired)
- 60ml water
- Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients into a bowl-Microwave contents for 1 minute
- Leave to cool slightly
- Serve the pudding
